Finance Business Partner

My client is a long established business that is continually growing and will be needing a Finance Business Partner to keep up with their ambitious plans to grow further. The Finance Business Partner will be working alongside non-finance individuals at numerous sites to find ways to improve the business.

Description

The Finance Business Partner will be expected to:

• Support Business Managers with the development of their business plans and budgets

• Assist in the production of the MIP (management information pack)

• Investigate and liaise with Business Managers in relation to all significant variances from their business plans

• Provide relevant information and commentary to enable the Business Manager to maximise the opportunity in their area of influence

• Identify any trends in business performance to help maximise the groups' profitability

• Attend and present financial information at regional meetings and contribute to the wider discussions

• Ensure agree actions resulting from the financial information supplied are followed up and successes are measured and shared

• Assist in the preparation of the year-end audit file, including tax packs

Profile

Ideally the successful Finance Business Partner will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with great communication skills and a good technical knowledge.

£40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits
