Business Analyst - Finance Transformation

Our client consults to high profile medium to large enterprises across Australia in various exciting industries. They are currently experience a high volume of growth and as such are expanding their close knit team.

Due to constant innovation, they remain at the cutting edge of finance transformation, consistently winning new business and outperforming their competitors. These positive results are the foundation for future strategic growth that includes significant investment in a number of key transformation projects. One of these is an ERP transformation and we are recruiting a Senior Accountant/Analyst to play a critical role in the future vision of the Finance function.

The role will see you working within the ERP transformation project to develop future transaction processing (AP/AR/Cash & banking) capabilities. Key to your success will be your ability to engage across the business. You will do this to map processes and understand where processes can be improved, get buy in and communicate the benefits of change, and develop an incremental change process to ensure a smooth transition.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with previous detailed exposure to finance transformation projects and detailed working knowledge of top tier ERP's (SAP/Oracle etc) in large complex organisations.
