AR Manager
1-Lead and support AR specific policies, procedures and improvement projects.
2-Perform customer and credit risk assessment in line with company's credit limit.
3-Support internal and external audits as required.
4-Liaise with financial planning team in building trade spend budget.
5-Ensure full compliance with company'credit policy and minimize exceptions as much as possible.
6-Provide meaningful commentary as part of the monthly requirements for bad debts and top overdue reporting.
7-Establish and ensure monthly collection goals are integrated with cash flow targets.
8-Implement strategies and deploy resources to meet collection targets and objectives.
9-Implement strategies and deploy resources to ensure lean AR structure.
10-Regular monitoring and reporting of actual trade spend using automated techniques to ensure landing on planned figures.
11-Establish and maintain external and internal working relationship with relevant stakeholders.
12-Monitor and escalate defined uncollected accounts.
