Associate / Analyst - Corporate Coverage Solutions
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Development of Client Franchise
To support the Country Managers in the development of the client franchise in SEA through:
- Supporting Coverage teams in their prospection activities, through client mapping exercises, benchmarking and other activities
- Promoting sharing of best practices within Coverage and between Coverage and Business Lines
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations on client franchise (e.g. Regional/ Local Client Committee, Town Hall, Business Update, Pipeline Review, etc.)
2. Client Budget and Client Action Plans
- Assisting in the client revenue budget process for all Client Facing Units
- Coordinating the Client Action Plan process: organizing CAP sessions and monitoring follow-up actions
3. Reporting and Analysis
- Producing monthly and quarterly analytical reports on local client activity for the Country Managers and Heads of Coverage in compliance with GCS' guidelines
- Assisting in the development of standard management reporting on Coverage and client activity, including the monitoring of monthly key performance indicators (KPIs)
4. Marketing Support
- Consolidating the monthly Remarkable deals of Bankers on their significant wins
- Updating local marketing material for submission to GCS APAC for centralization/ alignment
- Organizing new product presentation or product updates by Business Lines
5. Management of Client Tools
- Ensuring active and proper utilization of the CRM tools by Client Facing Units and Business Lines' Product Specialists by providing training and support
- Ensuring data quality and integrity in the systems through regular reviews and execution of the Control Procedures set by GCS Global team
6. Other Responsibilities
- Direct contribution to the Bank's operational permanent control framework
- All other responsibilities assigned by Management and Coverage
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel Macro and Powerpoint
- Attention to details and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and good time management skills
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and committed to learn
- Positive attitude and team player
