Executive Business Manager

I am currently working with an education organisation in Kent who are recruiting for an Executive Business Manager.

My client are well established and are growing at a fast pace. They are keen to bolster their Business Manager team with a capable finance professional.

Description

• Support the strategic development by working alongside Executive Headteachers, Headteachers, Executive Business Managers, HR Manager, IT Manager, Regional Facilities Manager, Recruitment Manager and Deputy CEO, to enable effective decision making and achievement of objectives.

• Provide high quality strategic financial planning

• Maintain and monitor the efficient management of budgets

• Maintaining an overview of personnel, premises, ICT and health and safety matters

• Act as the principal finance officer

• To be responsible for maximising income generation through premises lettings and supporting development of grant applications

Profile

To be suitable for the position your profile will be similar to the following:

• Fully qualified or qualified by experience accountant
• Knowledge and experience of financial management, HR and Payroll, Premises Management and Business Development
• Education experience ideal - not for profit experience desirable

Job Offer

• £38,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience)
• 26 days annual leave
• Pension Scheme
