Assistant Accountant

Temporary to Permanent Assistant Accountant for a retailer paying 30k.

Your new company
You will join a rapidly growing retail company who have grown a reputation for high-quality products. Seeing the process from its initial design right through to selling their produce, this is a company with big plans for the future. Having already seen massive growth in the short time since their inception, this company is now seeking an Assistant Accountant owing to a team restructure.

This is a temporary to permanent vacancy.

Your new role
You will be sitting underneath a Management Accountant, responsible for a lot of month-end work. Assisting on the purchase ledger will not be your main duty but assisting will most definitely be expected. Heavy reconciliation work for different sites involving cash and PDQ will form part of your duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a good work ethic and recent previous experience in another retail company. Exposure to month end tasks and heavy reconciliation work is vital for success. A proven ability to deal with multi-sites is key alongside being able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Any candidate must also be part-qualified in either ACCA or CIMA and be immediately available in order to be considered for this role.
