Senior Commercial Accountant

Marks Sattin are pleased to be partnering with one of the most successful global restaurant brands in their search for a Senior Commercial Accountant. An incredible and exciting opportunity to join the UK team to implement, develop and maintain strategies in order to continue being market leader. You will be managing the Operations Support Team (3-4 qualified accountants) as well as business partnering with senior management and key stakeholders. You will be fully supporting the operations hierarchy. The most essential requirements within this role are experience in leadership/management, previous commercial/strategy/operations experience. Your responsibilities include - Strategic business partner for the operations hierarchySupport the company's Franchising, Pay, Price and Hedging StrategiesSupport the annual planning, monthly projection and month end processesAnalysing and reporting on trends within the businessSupport to help shape the strategy of future reinvestmentPresentations at all hierarchy levels on UK results and financial performance You need to be....... A qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with experience gained from a similar positionExperience managing/mentoring staffVery ambitious and passionate, self-motivated and confidentAble to work autonomously, produce presentations and to tight deadlinesCommercially minded with the proven ability to add real value to a business The salary for this role is benchmarked at circa £55k plus excellent benefits.
