Management Accountant

Thetford, Norfolk- A rapidly expanding manufacturing business are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Management Accountant to join their finance function.

Working closely with the Finance Manager and senior staff you will be joining a business that has seen impressive growth over the past 3 years. You would be part of a dynamic and hands-on environment where there will be opportunities to progress into a more senior role within the next 12 months.

The role will support the whole business across their 2 offices from supporting the transactional staff to providing full sets of management accounts and relevant analysis to help the business make informed decisions at key points throughout the year. You will support the current senior members of finance as you act as more of a business partner to challenge the 'shop floor' and ways of normal working to enhance the finance process and make it as streamlined as possible. The position will offer opportunities to see an evolving business grow where you can be part of the expansion with really potential to progress.

The successful applicant will be ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist with prior experience of working in a manufacturing environment. You will have a keen eye for detail, have the ability to transcend finance and discuss confidently to non finance staff findings and the effects this has across the business. This would suit an ambitious accountant who is looking for a fast paced and diverse environment in which to enhance your accounting and commercial skills.

Salary £35,000- £40,000 (DoE)
