Description

Financial Accountant - Charity - A great opportunity to join a Leeds based Charity.

You will use your accountancy skills to add value across the charity, helping to achieve best value for money.

Key areas of delivery will include:

  • Using a positive coaching style to manage and motivate your team to encourage high levels of performance
  • Manage and maintain the fixed asset register
  • Produce and distribute with analysis management reports as required (including forecasts) ensuring they are a fair reflection of the financial performance of the charity
  • Prepare and monitor specific budgets and forecasts
  • Lead and co-ordinate the financial year end process within the finance team

    Financial Accountant - Charity - This role will require the following skills and experience:

    • Qualified accountant - ACA / CIMA / ACCA / CIPFA
    • A coaching and people focused management style#
    • Strong experience of financial management, budgeting and forecasting

    Job Offer

    c£35,000 - 37,000 depending upon relevant experience plus a great pension and flexible working with very generous holiday entitlement of c30 days plus statutory days.
