A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this leading insurance practice who pride themselves on doing things differently.
The role will have a primary focus of managing a key audit portfolio, however there will also be the opportunity to take on internal audits, ad hoc advisory projects and business development initiatives. The division as a whole has a varied client base, which includes Lloyd's Syndicates, Managing Agents, Members' Agents, insurance brokers, companies and mutual associations. They also work with investment managers and venture capitalists.
The Firm has a track record of promoting staff in merit. Their people are visible, accountable and fundamental to their success - you won't get lost in the crowd. Professionalism, motivation, initiative and the ability to communicate at all levels are some of the key skills they look for. Having a collegiate engaging approach is key to the practice, which has a sports and social committee that organises monthly events for the entire Firm to take part in. Recent and upcoming events have included Thorpe Park, paint balling, a comedy festival, cocktail making class, a golf day, a spa day and a Firm wide BBQ.
In order to be considered you should be ACA/CA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent; possess good interpersonal skills; have a strong technical aptitude; be an Audit Assistant Manager or above; and have obtained significant non-life insurance experience in public practice.
