Associate Director of Compliance

Barclay Simpson are currently working with a leading international banking and financial services organisation based in Dubai. This organisation is seeking a high calibre, internationally experience senior compliance professional who has a wealth of knowledge and ability across the compliance spectrum.

• Reporting to Board Level, this role has a wide responsibility for all the businesses international activities within the compliance domain.
• Leading AML CTF, Regulatory, Sanctions, Programme framework, policy and compliance culture across the organisation.
• This is a fantastic role for a high calibre compliance professional who is currently in a Deputy Director/Head of Compliance remit in the UAE, GCC or Europe/US.
• Candidates must have the ability to manage complex work over a wide number of regulators. UAE experience would be beneficial.
• Candidates must be degree educated and have at least 10-15 years compliance experience (5 years in management), for an international banking/financial services organisation.
• Indepth AML CTF, Sanction, regulatory compliance exposure in mandatory.

Salary is $180,000 USD + Bonus, VISA, Flights.
