Description

The role of the Senior Corporate Tax manager involves a steady mix of both advisory and compliance. Some of the clients involve the biggest and most affluent business in the region and internationally, and there are a variety of areas of tax to get involved with - further developing your technical skills and wider knowledge as a whole.

As the manager, you will be assigned your own portfolio of clients that you can take ownership of - therefore having the ability to take ownership of your own workload and desk.

Some of the projects will include;

• Entrepreneurial advisory work;
• Large scale restructuring;
• Transfer pricing;
• M&A (including cross-border transactions); and
• Review of UK corporation tax returns and provisions.
• International Tax exposure

Profile

The Senior Corporate Tax Manager will ideally be ACA/CTA qualified, with a proven track record of having advised UK clients on corporate tax matters. Equally, my client would be happy to see individuals with previous Big 4 exposure to other disciplines.
