We have a vacancy at Cls Global Securities Services in Cork Clearstream Global Securities Services Limited is a non-banking subsidiary of the Deutsche Borse Group. The subsidiary provides support to the trading and custody businesses of the Clearstream Banks across Europe and the Americas, by providing back office and data processing functions. The specialisation and efficiency of these combined banking and processing services makes the Clearstream Group the clearing organisation of choice for the investment fund industry. Without them Deutsche Börse Group would not have developed into one of the most modern exchange organisations in the world. More than 5,300 employees work for the Group - a dynamic, motivated and international team. This is a HR role, reporting to the HR Manager. The primary focus is to provide full Human Resource support to the Clearstream staff and stakeholders in Cork. Your responsibilities HR System/Reporting Responsible for completing and submitting reports required both internally and externallyProcessing of travel expenses via SAPUpdate and quality control of time management systemTraining Coordinating all internal training and development workshopsLiaise with external training providers to schedule training events / coursesUpdate and maintain training database and spreadsheetsEnsure all employees training record is updated on the system and their feedback is accurately recordedAttend internal talent management meetings as and when requiredEmployee RelationsFull review and update of current employee handbook, in line with legislation and Company policy Strong employee relations experience, ability to take ownership of employee relations issues from start to finishStrong understanding of employment legislationPayrollPayroll experience is desired but not essential. Recruitment Completion of internal and external interviews Reviewing of CV's and completion of the full recruitment process (background screening, on-boarding etc. ) Our requirements BA or BS in Human Resources Management 3-5 years minimum, working in an HRD environmentStrong business/customer service orientation Understanding of SAP is desirable but not essentialService orientation with excellent telephone, communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines as requiredStrong problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environmentProficiency in written and spoken English essential Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile.
