Job Description

You'll be working closely with our Administration and Accounting teams supporting them with operational administration whilst looking for the best ways to implement our processes, policies and procedures for our private equity, fund of fund, and open ended fund structures.

One of the key parts of your day will be to manage our more complex fund client administration and accounting; you'll need to have a real eye for the detail and know how to effectively manage your day.

Knowing how to build effective relationships with colleagues and the wider business is key, fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity is essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally ICSA qualified or studying towards final stage ICSA or other relevant qualification (e.g. ACCA or CISI)
• Ideally membership of relevant Professional Institute
• Good knowledge of the Finance Industry in Guernsey
• Fund Administration experience essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good IT skills
