A leading Management Consultancy are looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join the finance team to support the company's growth following recent acquisitions. The company invests heavily in its employees by providing ongoing development and promoting

Additionally you will work collaboratively with highly skilled staff and have access to a great remuneration package that will allow you to share in the success of the business. Duties will involve: • Full responsibility for preparing all statutory accounts and plc reporting (full and interim); including acquisition accounting, share based payments accounting and compliance.
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis including assisting with 6 monthly budget and reforecasting reporting cycle including cash flow forecasting.
• Assist with financial modelling, acquisition and investment analysis,
• Assist with various commercial projects, tax and investor relations work and managing the audit relationship. You will need to be a fully Qualified Accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and ideally have experience of complex consolidated plc accounts (including multicurrency). Extensive working knowledge of IFRS accounting and disclosures and general tax is desirable,
as well as advanced excel and modelling experience. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to engage positively with stakeholders at all levels.
