- Preparing cost sheets and daily monitoring of stock counts
- Preparing accounts from trial balance
- Preparing monthly cash flow forecasts and month-end variance analysis reports
- Supporting the preparation and reporting of monthly / quarterly finance
- Prepayments and reconciliations of all balance sheets
- Preparing weekly forecasts
- Updating weekly profit report for management
- Preparing annual tax for tax advisors
- Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
- Reviewing processes already in place, to assess the adequacy of information. This will involve supporting changes required to implement improvements
