Client Details

Our client is a growing organisation that is looking to expand their finance team.

They are looking for an Investment Appraisal Analyst for their Coventry office. This is a full time permanent role.

Description

The main duties of the role will include:

• Producing investment appraisals, to enable investment decision makers to make effective and informed decisions on investment proposals.

• Preparing post investment reviews on all major store investments.

• Providing a review of financial appraisals and models.

• Liaising with the various departments and individuals to obtain the information required to carry out investment appraisals

• Providing challenge and making recommendations to the assumptions used in the appraisal process.

• Helping to identify potential risks and areas of value creation from potential investments

• Presenting written financial assessments, summarising the outcomes and the key financial aspects

Profile

The successful candidate will require:

• Working towards an accountancy qualification
• Strong accounting and analysis experience
• Strong excel skills
• Good communication skills

Job Offer

Salary up to £35,000
