Group Accountant/Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley are supporting an exciting start up organisation in the heart of Haywards Heath on their search for a Qualified, ACA, ACCA or CIMA Finance Manager/Group Accountant. Reporting into the Finance Director, your duties include; Reposnible for the financialk and management reporting for the business, to help ensure the business meets their goalsProduction of the monthly Management Accounts including any variance analysis and commentaryEnsure the business remains compliant, following FRS regulations, managing the internal controls and reportingMentor and develop on direct report who will support with the transactional and administrative aspects The successful candidate will need to be fully qualified, and have a hands on approach. This opportunity is varied so you will need to demonstrate a diverse background. Candidates making their first move from Practice will be considered. The occasional travel to London will need to be okay. Salary on offer for this role will be £45,000-£50,000 dpending on experience plus bonus and benefits.
