Finance Manager

Working exclusively with this Leicester based organisation, Vanilla Recruitment are looking to identify a well-rounded Finance professional to join a growing organisation who are going through an exciting period of accelerated growth and change. Working as part of this close-knit team, you will bring rounded accounting experience to the organisation as well as working closely with external partners and provide support on new business projects. You will be a natural people person and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver organisational goals. Duties and responsibilities: Working closely with the Managing Director ensuring all financial controls and measure are in place and reported in line with agreed timescalesProduce monthly reports on sales, costs benefit analysisLiaise with external bodies and suppliersPreparation of monthly reporting packs, and ensure all postings are completed in time for submissionProvide monthly insight around costing and any associated varianceAct as a point of contact to support the MD around HR issues and staff performance Skills and experience required: CIMA / ACCA part qualified or QBE will be consideredExperience of working with IS0 would be highly advantageousTechnically knowledgeable along with good commercial acumenGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential along with experience of using integrated ERP systems for accounting and reportingVery 'hands on' approach to workFlexible approach to workExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Salary and benefits: £30,000 - £34,000 + Pension + Holiday
