Our client, a highgrowth, dynamic market leader with a undeniable focus on innovation, is looking to source a talented, commercially astute Finance Manager to join its top calibre team. This is a high profile role, supporting the growth of the business unit and business partnering closely with key stakeholders. Youll also be responsible for the team developing business plans, preparing new proposals, budgets, forecasts and reporting of performance.
Main duties include: \* Providing value adding financial insight, support and challenge by building effective working relationships at all levels, including Senior Management \* Owning client reporting of both month end and budgets, reviewing proposals from other business areas and providing healthy challenge \* Understanding key drivers for revenue and costs \* Providing value adding insight and financial advice into management discussions \* Maintaining and enhancing financial controls ensuring accuracy and robustness of reporting \* Continually identify and implement improvements to business processes to increase efficiency
Key skills, experience and qualifications required: \* Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a minimum 5 years PQE \* Minimum 2:1 degree and a strong academic record \* Experience of reporting management accounts, analysis and commentary \* Proven track record in business partnering effectively \* Advanced Excel skills \* Examples to date of working in a fastpaced, complex environment \* Personable, open, fun and flexible approach, with a strong wok ethic \* Clear communication skills and a competent relationship builder \* Logical, proactive with a keen eye for detail
