Shanghai will set up new office and this financial controller will be the first finance staff for this company.

This company is an artificial intelligence company with R&D and management resources in six countries.
Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
1.Overseeing the finance, accounting and tax functions in companies of the corporate group, coordinating local bookkeepers and tax filing agents, and consolidating financial statements at the group level.
2.Driving and monitoring cash flow planning, treasury and banking activities for the group.
3.Preparing financial analysis reports to the Board of Directors.

Profile
Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business with CPA qualification;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting departments of companies;
Good knowledge of IFRS;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Experience in pharmaceutical, life science or high-tech companies preferred;
Comfortable with small office environment with hands-on duties;
