This well-recognized company is currently looking to optimize and upgrade its business in the Great China Area, so a Chief Finance Officer is needed to lead its finance management.
Your new role
* You are fully responsible to manage the group finance department, developing an organizational
financial model for all the group branches in China.
* You will closely cooperate with internal auditing department to manage statutory reports of group
business units, filing and obtaining shareholder approval.
* You will also be reviewing accounting reports of local business units within group's accounts (fast closing requirements included), coordinating related project work in preparation in the
context of potential merging.
* Defining and implementing procedures and systems in compliance with group risk management
standards and local regulation.
* Elaborating agreements for management services of group business departments in China.
What you'll need to succeed
* We will be glad to meet a candidate with a bachelor degree in finance or accounting-related majors, and a MBA qualification from a reputable international business school is preferred.
* We are seeking for a senior level candidate with at least 12 years experience working in managing
insurance or financial service industry.
* We also expect a candidate with a Big 4 accounting firm background and excellent knowledge of
IFRS accounting standards.
* English proficiency is a must to effectively communicate with your leaders (China CEO and
Global CFO) and colleagues.
* The sense of business strategic planning and responsibility are appreciated.
