I'm currently working with a US based SaaS company who, having recently acquired two competitors, are looking to establish their presence across Europe and APAC. This role is integral in establishing a best in class commercial finance function and spearheading their M&A activity moving forwards. You will report into the CFO and look after a team of two. Key duties:- Driving daily, weekly and monthly sales performance analysis - Preparation of the annual budgets and timely MI packs - Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales Directors, COO & CTO, supporting their forecasting activities - Assess potential M&A deals through detailed financial models- Producing investor decks and presenting with the CFO- Managing a team of two and looking to build the team out Key requirements: - ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with post qualified experience- Excellent academic background- Expert financial modelling capabilities- SQL experience desirable, not essential- Excellent communicator
