The Program Finance & Admin Associate who will be embedded within the state will be responsible for delivering the mandate of The Challenge Initiative providing the required financial support to the TCI participating state government family planning team in ensuring proper financial management for FP activities in the state. S/he will work closely with and provide feedback to the State Program Coordinator and Finance Manager in the AHQ Abuja office.
