In Greater China, Deloitte Consulting is part of the Strategy & Operations team of over 400 dedicated practitioners working hand in hand with the China and global Deloitte Consulting practice. Role Description

Few initial career opportunities provide the combination of accelerated learning and skill development, personal growth and challenge, and fast pace that are provided by the Senior Consultant position in our Deloitte Consulting, Strategy & Operations consulting team. You will have the opportunity to take the knowledge you have developed in your MBA studies and prior experience and apply them when working with a variety of companies - our clients. We undertake only those projects which are meaningful to our clients and which allow us to add clear value through our services. While you may choose to use your experience by specializing immediately, during your first two to three years you will generally be expected to work on a variety of assignments that reflect the range of services we provide and industries we serve. You will work as a member of a project team, led by seasoned managers and team leaders, on highly diverse projects that take you out of your comfort zone.

Your responsibilities could include establishing analytical frameworks and conducting complex business analyses, conducting external research and data gathering, driving strategic thinking and discussions, leading teams, developing effective relationships with the client, working with the client to help them achieve the benefits of our services, and adding to the service line's knowledge base from your project experience.

In addition to learning in the project team environment, you will receive periodic, focused training and professional counseling to complement your academic and project team-based learning throughout the internship program.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking exceptional individuals graduating from global top-tier MBA programs. Qualified candidates will possess the following:
• MBA degree from CEIBS, graduating in calendar year 2020
• Minimum of 4 years full-time work experience prior to MBA study, with management consulting experience strongly preferred
• 3.5 or higher GPA; 700 or higher GMAT score
• Language requirements
o Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese mandatory (Shanghai and Beijing offices)
o Fluent English mandatory, with Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese preferred (Hong Kong office)
