Work you'll do:
- Achieves operational objectives bycontributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepares and completes action plans.
- Implements projects, productivity, quality,and customer-service standards.
- Resolves problems, completes audits,identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
- Enhances department and organizationreputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requestsand exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Meets financial objectives by forecastingrequirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzingvariances, and initiating corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, ProjectManagement or related field
- More than 8 years of PM experience,preferably in insurance or financial service industry
- Excellent communication skills, proficient inEnglish (both Verbal and Written); Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent people skills to build trustedrelationship with stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Good facilitation skills and havefacilitation experience
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practicalaspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniquesand tools
