This role will involve providing support with various administrative tasks including processing sales and purchase ledger data on the SAP system, dealing with supplier queries as well as liaising with various departments across the business to obtain data suitable for financial reporting.

My client is a Large production and manufacturing firm who are market leaders in their field.

Description

  • Post daily receipts and payments into SAP.
  • Process supplier invoices and employee expenses following company authorisation process.
  • Deal with supplier queries which can require extensive communication with purchasing/warehouse team.
  • Process sales invoices onto customer portals where needed.
  • Assist with the collection customer account balances.
  • Investigate and resolve any account discrepancies.
  • Answers questions and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as requested.
  • Assist with financial reporting to managers and senior executives.
  • Process monthly updates on fixed asset register
  • Support Finance Manager in preparation of the month end board pack where required;

Profile

  • Experience of finance and accounting in a SME, advantage if in manufacturing;
  • Proficient Microsoft Word & Excel user;
  • Experienced in using SAP
  • Excellent communication skills, both with relationships externally, and with internal stakeholders;

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a salary up to £23,000 with excellent company benefits and a great working environment.
