Drawing on your existing experience in Finance you will be able to add immediate value to our Finance Function, contributing to the Finance Department and actively participating in the monthly reporting and looking for ways to streamline our processes and make efficiencies.

Reporting to the Sr. Financial Controller you will be responsible for the planning & control and preparation of monthly management accounts and report delivery to Group Finance and the local management team also providing insightful commentary on actual financial performance to include various KPIs. You will also prepare the annual financial statements across all relevant entities.

Please note this is a fulltime (40 hours a week) position.

Main focus area

• The control and preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting to Group Finance (recurring and and-hoc)
• Preparing the annual financial statements across all relevant entities
• Supporting with the financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural
• improvements
• Playing an active role related to improving and optimizing reports and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and Dutch GAAP (willing to learn IFRS)

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor degree.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch preferred)
• 3-5 years of successful professional experience in a Financial Accounting position
• Experience in an accountancy firm is a huge plus
• Knowledge of investor services and outsourcing sector beneficial. Management of Client relationships and experience with resolving issues directly with Clients strong desirable
• Action orientated, plans and aligns, customer focus and organisational savvy
