Job Description
We are actively seeking a Trainee Payment Officer to join our Global Payments Team in Belfast.
You’ll need to be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and keen to learn the payment processes. You will receive on the Job Training to obtain sound knowledge of the payment processes and develop the key skills required to become a reliable member of the team.
The Trainee Payment Officer will provide a high-quality service to the Client Services Teams, helping to ensure all deliverable's are met.
You will assist in the payment, client database administration and RS package processes within your team and conduct all work in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures. You will ensure that all payments are processed accurately and delivered to required timescale.
You will make sure that all client queries are appropriately responded to, and all emails received into the team’s mailbox are actioned.

Qualifications
- A Levels or GCSE level
- Knowledge of all banking systems/ payment processes (desirable but not must)
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships across the business.
- Team Player
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows
