Management Accountant

Cooper Lomaz have are currently supporting an exciting and expanding business to recruit a Management Accountant. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the role will take ownership for the accounts production and reporting of all UK companies, adhering to group reporting policies in the process. The role will form part of a small accounts team so it is expected that the successful candidate may be given ad hoc tasks to support the team during busy periods. Key responsibilities of the role will include: - Monthly Management Accounts production and monthly balance sheet reconciliation's - Weekly Cash flow reporting with commentary for the Financial Controller - Assist with the production of annual budgets - Monthly journals and review nominal code cash-book - Annual statutory accounts and audit files The successful candidate will ideally be a part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with prior experience in a similar Management Accounts focussed position. Candidates that are qualified by experience with significant Management Accounts experience are also encouraged to apply. You will need to demonstrate and ability to work in a process driven environment and will hold strong Excel skills too.
