Commercial Finance Analyst Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire £50,000
£60,000 + benefits
Overview
Our client, a large and well known food company based in Aylesbury, are looking for an experienced and high calibre Commercial Finance Analyst to join on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with the commercial team, acting as a Business Partner, to identify ways in which the business can maximise profit Monitor and forecast promotional pricing plans Detailed review of general promotional proposals Identify and implement process improvements which benefit the business commercially Undertake special projects in line with the key company objectives Detailed analysis of complex financial data Preparation of month end financial reports, and oversee the production of monthly commercial reports Provide assistance preparing budgets, forecasts, strategic plans and P&L
Experience required
Degree or equivalent qualification which is relevant to the role Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) Commercial experience such as involvement in marketing and sales FMCG experience Strong Excel skills Confident influencing and challenging skills Excellent relationship building Ability to convert complex data into concise, easily readable reports Can work to tight deadlines
