Revenue Finance Manager

Our client, an instantly recognisable brand with a loyal customer base, is looking to source a top calibre Revenue Finance Manager to join its talented team. The role will work closely with the Group Financial Controller, giving you great exposure to a broad range of senior stakeholders.

Main duties include: \* Responsibility for all revenue accounting matters \* Owning month end accounting process for all group and company revenue streams \* Designing and implementing revenue cycle for new business initiatives \* Developing and optimising existing revenue accounting processes and ensuring they are transparent for non finance stakeholders \* Optimising financial revenue data for commercial and other business use \* Identifying and assessing impact on revenue accounting and implementing business processes changes as necessary \* Reporting revenue numbers and supporting the business partners with analysis of revenue and associated commentary \* Managing and mentoring 1 direct report

Skills & experience required: \* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified \* Strong revenue accounting expertise in a high transaction volume environment \* Proven ability to analyse operational revenue accounting issues \* Skilled at presenting data in powerful, easily understood dashboards and reports \* Confident communication; capable of building relationships at all levels and outside of finance \* Capable organising and managing large data sources to create actionable insight \* Initiative and drive to always better the use of tools, systems and processes \* Highly numerate logical thinker with a problemsolving, positive attitude
