Job Description
Your new company A recognisable and well-established, fast-growing, manufacturing business, based East of Manchester. Due to new contract wins, an increase in trade with current customers and a crucial team member going off on maternity cover, there is an opportunity for someone to join the business as Commercial Finance Analyst for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. Your new role As Commercial Analyst, you will be crucial to the company's decision making, supporting commercial decisions through your analyses and commentary/insight provided. Your role will involve analysing sales (both historic and future) and margin, developing and reporting KPIs, forecasting, looking at upcoming risks and opportunities to the business, whilst business partnering with various departments and stakeholders (particularly non-finance). What you'll need to succeed You will have previous experience of commercial analysis, alongside strong communication and relationship-building skills, due to the nature of the role. You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or similar) and ideally have had experience within a business that holds stock, however, this is a bonus and not required. The client has requested and previous experience within a Manufacturing environment and a good understanding of SAP is crucial in this role.
