Finance Manager

Finance Manager Permanent Liverpool £35k-£40k

Finance Manager required for one of our well established clients based in Liverpool. The Finance Manager will report into the Finance Director and be responsible for managing the finance team. The role will also support finance change projects relating to the

business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business.

Duties and Responsibilities: -Management of the finance team and overseeing the day to day running of the finance function. -Coordinate and manage the month end close ensuring accurate and timely results. -Monthly processing of the sales income invoices and related activities. -Production of the monthly profit and loss accounts. -Balance sheet analysis and working capital control. -Overseeing the bank reconciliation process. -Development of the management reporting, budgeting and forecasting including bank covenant reporting. -Cost management reporting and liasing with stakeholders in respect of cost control. -Supporting growth management projects by providing analysis and reporting. -Provide back up for day to day finance requirements as required.

The ideal candidate will be:

-Part qualified Accountant CIMA, ACCA or a AAT equivalent -Excellent excel modelling skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft packages including PowerPoint and Word. -Ability to influence and business partner various company stakeholders. -Excellent communications, influencing and business partnering skills.
