My client have an interesting client base and you will be working closely with a variety of clients, your portfolio will include limited companies, sole traders, schools, charities and internet trading companies. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for the needs of a portfolio of clients as well as managing a small team of 4 AAT trainee accountants. The role will involve staff training, review and development so previous experience managing staff is required. Key Requirements; Previous experience working in an a accountancy practice is essential ACA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified Staff supervision, work review & management experience is required Excellent communication skills The ability to manage a portfolio of clients Knowledge of both personal & corporation tax Audit experience would be beneficial but not essential You should be keen to get involved in practice development work, including identifying new services to offer existing clients Interested?
