Commercial Finance Analyst

The job; Support the Revenue Growth Management agenda for the UK business Ensuring Trade Investment spends are optimised to deliver against the UK strategic objectives Enabling a common understanding of UK commercial financial performance across the business Finance business partner to the UK Sales and Marketing teams Supporting the Senior manager in driving forward the UK Commercial agenda End-to-End Trade Investment management, with a particular focus on the Non-Grocery channel Working closely with the Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing to define optimal Pricing and promotional guidelines Highlight opportunities to improve and maximise commercial performance Short, Medium and Long-Term planning cycles for the UK Commercial business unit The candidate;

* Studying towards your finance qualification (CIMA or ACCA) * Have previous commercial finance role experience ideally with sales and marketing * Be highly numerate, with excellent analytical skills * Have strong commercial acumen, and a desire to develop it further * Be able to work at pace and still deliver high quality, insightful work * Be inquisitive, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo * Be able to build effective working relationships across functions at all levels
