Exclusive Care Group and Crystal Care Services We are a Growing Nursing Care Group with 9 Care Homes over the North East Region with a reputable reputation and well established. Company turnover of £12 million. The position will be office based on the Team Valley Trading Estate. (free parking available). The Role As a Company Accountant you will work alongside the Finance Manager and Report to the Commercial Director (CD):- Company Accountant - Prepare and review monthly MI pack and manage month end tasks. - Prepare Group Consolidated Accounts - Prepare quarterly bank submission pack with covenant sheet (B.S. P.L. C.F) for CD Sign-off - Support CD on projects such as re-structure, taxation projects. - Prepare 3 Year Forecasting Models for New Builds and Group Re-financing for CD review - Manage the year-end procedures and audit file for CD review - Manage statutory filings - Prepare draft taxation comps for CD review - Prepare cashflow forecasting - Implement and introduce new policy and procedures for process improvements - Support CD with Commercial Projects - Ad hoc duties, as and when requested The Ideal Experience You'll have significant experience in a similar role in Industry or come from practice background. You will be qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA. You will have good Excel Skills and know how to use Sage Line 50. You'll possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well both as part of a team and independently with a flexible approach. You will be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, great attention to detail and good systems knowledge. Are you enthusiastic, positive and passionate to make a difference?
