Accounts & Tax Senior / QBE Senior - Small Practice

Are you an Accounts Senior / General Practice Senior from a small firm background, looking to join an independent accountancy practice firm with around 10 staff? Are you looking for a firm where you will receive excellent training and support, and be provided

with the opportunity to carry out a mixed general practice role? Are you keen to work in an easily accessible location in Zone 1 Central London? Are you keen to prepare statutory accounts, as well as carry out a few audits (training will be provided if you

don't have audit experience), corporation tax returns, VAT returns, supervising a junior and other ad hoc tasks as required? Your role will be split roughly 60% accounts and general practice duties, 30% tax and 10% spent on audit assignments (training on audits

will be provided). You will gain exposure to a wide range of London based SME clients, with turnovers to £20m. Training will be provided where necessary. Rapid progression will be offered to the right candidate. To be considered for this new role you must have at least 3 -4 years of general practice experience, and either be a qualified ACCA or ACA although candidates who are qualified by experience and havnt taken any professional exams will be considered. You

must have experience of preparing statutory accounts from scratch, corporation tax returns, Vat returns, bookkeeping and ideally some audit testing. Experience of a wide range of software packages, including CCH and Sage, would be an advantage. A strong interest

in working with London based SME and OMB clients is essential. You must be well presented, be a team player, and be looking to progress at a rapid pace.
