Senior Management Accountant - £48,000

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant has arisen within a leading independent property consultancy based in Central London. The role is paying between £45,000 - £48,000, and is within walking distance from Bond Street Station. The role will report in to the Finance Manager, with responsibility for the production of monthly management and statutory accounts. The individual will also be responsible for all accomodation costs within the business. Responsibilities: Assisting with production of monthly management accounts Reviewing management accounts to ensure all costs have been correctly allocated to all departments Budgeting and forecasting process for accomodation costs with assistance from the Business Analysts Responsible for ensuring accomodation costs are correctly attributed to departments Managing the assistant and junior accountant & providing guidance and mentorship where required, including carrying out appraisals Production & review of both monthly balance sheet recs & statutory accounts; Tagging statutory accounts using iXBRL software Completion of LLP VAT return on a quarterly basis Liaising with auditors Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent); Finalist may also be considered depending on experience Management accounts experience is essential Good excel skills Confident communicators - both verbal and written Ability to delegate Note: This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to move in to management.
