A FTSE listed Real Estate company that focuses on urban regeneration in London is looking for a management accountant to join their central London team. The person must have a respected accounting qualification achieved in the last 5 years and have strong interpersonal

Key responsibilities include: Business partnering with regional finance team Prepares and maintains flexible financial models to support the monthly Management Accounts and annual budget. Group budgeting and forecasting Maintain the database of analyst forecasts Assisting the preparation of reports for senior management
Key requirements: Strong working knowledge of Excel Strong communication acumen Effective communicator both with finance and non-finance professionals ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified Experience building financial models Prior interest in property/real estate sector
