to boutique firms of just 1 or 2 staff. THE ROLE The business is looking for a committed and ambitious Management Accountant to fulfil an exciting and varied role within its Finance department. The ideal candidate will be ACCA (or equivalent) qualified, hard-working, quick learner, strong-minded and confident
individual that is not afraid to ask questions and communicate with people at all levels. RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Finance Manager, this challenging and busy role will see the successful candidate: Work closely with and support the Finance Manager and the team as well as the wider business Monthly forecasting - full understanding and analysis of the business' transactions, both revenue and costs, including detailed commentary on key monthly variances and adjustments Undertake month-end process including final review of the business' performance before the books are closed. Monthly Balance Sheet analysis, Cashflow, Working Capital, Management packs, other reports which require completion as and when requested by Group Book-to-bill and revenue reconciliations Input to each stage of the Business Planning process Full adherence to Group policies Support internal and external audit processes Support AR process as and when required Handling customer / invoicing queries as required Other ad-hoc duties REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role ACCA (or equivalent) qualified Strong knowledge of Project Accounting and Accounting Standards Excellent double entry skills Strong Excel skills Knowledge of SAP and Axiom systems Our values - open, ingenious, collaborative and effective - are at the heart of our business.
