We operate in a complex and ever-changing business environment where our highly trained Business Support Services Team provide a broad range of accounting and related services to large and medium-sized domestic and international clients. We are currently seeking an experienced qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA) to join our rapidly growing team and manage a large and diverse client portfolio which includes companies in industries such as Aircraft leasing, Technology, Media, Pharmaceutical, On-line sales, Hotels etc. Experience, Skills and Qualifications Needed * You will be either ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified with 3 to 4 years PQE * Be proficient and technically competent with IFRS and FRS102 * Have experience managing a team * Be ambitious and committed to pursuing a career in accountancy * Be highly organised and have strong attention to detail Desirable * Practice experience in accounting/audit * Industry experience beneficial * Accounting systems experience - Sun, Netsuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, Caseware, Sage Duties and Responsibilities * Management of a busy business support services team and some key client accounts * Delegation and supervision of management accounting work prepared by team members * Management of the financial statement preparation service line within the department including liaising with client and external auditors. Financial Statements are prepared generally under the Companies Act 2014 and under both acceptable accounting frameworks (IFRS & FRS102) * Preparation & review of consolidated financial statements for audit * Management of the firm's iXBRL service delivery * Participate in the annual staff appraisals of the department * Participate in the business development activities of the department * Develop close working relationships with colleagues and clients * Management of department fees and budget * Ad hoc projects This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growth area of outsourced business support services.
