Management Accountant

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for a well established manufacturing business based in Newark on a permanent basis

Reporting to the Finance Controller your duties will be:
- Preparation of month-end management accounts and presentations
- Accrued and Deferred Income analysis and reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Performance and KPI analysis
- Month End Journals
- Prepayments & accruals
- Ensuring income and costs are correctly allocated
- Analysis of gross margins on product line sales
- Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience with Management Accounts Production
- Be ACCA/CIMA Qualified or studying towards a qualification
- Proficient in Excel e.g. Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Ability to work within a team or independently
- Strong communication skills
