Our company needs to incorporate to its work team an Administrative professional to perform in an office located in Montego Bay, Jamaica. MAIN FUNCTION: • To complete the administrative and financial tasks in the office and report to the administrative manager in a timely manner. EXPERIENCE: • Knowledge in the Administrative field, Human Resources and Auditing. • Experience doing administrative management of contracts both in funded and budget investment projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preparation and Accounting of Financial Statements. • Calculation and accounting of payrolls, realization of settlements, elaboration of taxes of payroll payments. • Preparation of payments and Social Security reports. • Preparation of monthly tax and social statements. • Control and management of cash budgets. • Controlling the charges and payments by customers and suppliers. • Collaboration with the external auditors during preparation of the annual financial statements. • Control of assets / liabilities and inventory, cash management. • Control of recruitment and personal supervision, preparation of financial reports and control of budgets. SKILL SET: • Ability to converse and be directed in Spanish. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Strong decision making skills. • Strong organization and management skills. • Strong time management skills. REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced Level of Spanish. • Studies: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field. • Experience - At least 3 years in similar position.
