We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our market leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice where you will help drive growth in our Private Sector business.

**Your role** You will be expected to consult and advise at all levels of our Private Sector clients' businesses and be comfortable in front of stakeholders in both finance and IT, from the analysts to the CFO and CIO.

We are looking for strong individuals who can really drive business development, lead new opportunities and sales, and own relationships with software vendors and clients.

Key activities and responsibilities include:

Playing a key role in sales and proposition development *

Developing your own strong sales pipeline *

Leading business development opportunities including responding to RFPs, writing proposals, and delivering proposal presentations etc. *

Undertaking pre-sales and sales meetings *

Liaising with other technology specialists as required to implement end to end solutions for clients *

Cultivating and closing client opportunities by delivering proposals which exceed expectations *

Leading the delivery of large complex Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation programs from start to finish *

Maintaining strong relationships with software vendor sales representatives *

Maintaining strong, long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients *

Identifying and managing both delivery and commercial risks *

**Your professional experience**

Demonstrable experience of selling Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation projects with sales of over £1.0m per year *

Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes (including consolidation and close, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and reporting) *

Extensive experience working in one or more of the Private Sector industries (for example, Consumer, Energy & Resources, Human Capital & Life Sciences, Technology, Media & Telecommunications) *

Proven 8+ years of experience in leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation projects with fees greater than £0.5m *

Experience of proposal writing with excellent communication and presenting skills *

Desirable if you have a professional finance qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent *

Proven ability to lead, manage and work effectively in teams *
