Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with one of Sussexs leading Insurance organisations. Due to significant growth over the past 12 months, they are looking to expand their FP&A function by adding a FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity join a dynamic, forwardthinking & progressive company based in the heart of Brighton.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or finalist) with high level analytical skills, excellent excel ability & experience with costing.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly expense process and provide astute interpretation including variance analysis - Convey robust and insightful MI to the cost centre managers - Produce the required budget and forecast for the expense base whilst liaising with the FP&A Manager - Ad hoc assistance to the Senior FP&A Manager with a strong focus on strategic development
Personal attributes/experience:
- Previous stakeholder management & business partnering experience - High level communication skills with all levels with in business - Proactive attitude & team player - Strong presentation skills/experience
