You will have the opportunity to work directly with owners, building relationship from an early stage and working with them throughout the business life-cycle to deliver high value add propositions, with significant capital markets opportunities. The Private Markets business is a multi-million audit and assurance market and we have already demonstrated great success, and high growth, over the past 2 years.

**Your role** As a Senior Manager within the Audit and Assurance practice you will have responsibility for:

Working with your team in managing and growing relationships across our client portfolio; *

Identifying and developing assurance opportunities with new and existing clients of the firm based on their bespoke needs; *

Leading teams and developing junior team members to reach their potential; *

Delivering high quality engagements through effective delegation and strong technical ability; *

Ensuring all regulatory changes are implemented and complied with both internally and on client engagements; *

Having a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them including having a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture; and *

**Your professional experience** To qualify for the role you must have:

ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent); *

Audit background plus industry or client-side experience *

Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and/or USGAAP; *

A proven track record in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients; *

An ability to quickly develop solutions in a fluid and fast changing; *

Effective and precise management of budgets; *

The ability to work under own initiative and in many different and stimulating environments; and *
