On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Controller position to work in a growing SME business as the no.1 in finance. Working closely with the Sales Director and the CEO, duties of the role will include: Managing and developing a small team
Production of monthly management accounts including analysis and commentary
Budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning
Financial reporting and analysis
Statutory accounting & payroll
Balance sheet reconciliations
Cash flow and cash flow forecasting
Driving profitability within the business
Partnering with non financial stakeholders across the business
Driving continuous improvement of processes/ procedures
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA
Experienced financial controller
Experience working in an SME business
Hands on approach to finance and other areas
Strong commercial acumen
Strong stakeholder management
