Radley Green are currently partnering with a Global Marketing & Consultancy Business to secure an Accounting Projects Director on an Interim assignment for months.
Candidates need to have a strong financial projects background and it is ESSENTIAL candidates have knowledge of or experience working on PPA (Purchase Price Accounting)
Role: Accounting Project Director
Industry: Global Consultancy
Rate: £850-£900 per day
Type: 6 Months Interim
Location: Central London * Own, manage and implement the Purchase Price Accounting exercise * Ensure objectives are known and understood across the Group, both in and outside of Finance * Coordinating and managing different advisers on valuation and technical memos, ensuring they are on time and fees are managed efficiently. * Reviewing and communicating priorities, taking account of competing demands on the business * Working closely with the Group Controller and the Group Head of Consolidations in the implementation of the outputs of the exercise * Business partnering with finance and non-finance relevant contacts * Plan, drive and manage the overall process, with a hands-on and practical focus on liabilities.
