**Finance Business Partner**
A leading housing association based in Berkshire are searching for a newly qualified Finance Business Partner to partner with their Customer Relations team in Head Office. The housing association covers a vast area of the South West, providing a range of accommodation to their customer base which is expanding.
Duties of the role will include:
- Ensuring that the firm makes best use of their financial sources - Managing 2 direct reports - Business Partnering with the customer relations team and additional stakeholders - Providing financial expertise and input to strategic corporate improvement measures
A bit about you:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified - Housing association experience - Business partnering experience, ideally within a customer relations department - Strong communication skills
On offer with the role is a salary of up to £50,000 per annum in addition to a number of other benefits
